The Wait List

Every Spring, our Summer Camp Wait List will begin as summer sessions and activities begin to fill at capacity.

The first Summer Camp Week that will fill up will be Week 2 (July 8 – 14)

The next weeks to follow will be Weeks 3 & 4 (July 15 -21 & July 22 – 28) and then finally Weeks 1 & 5 (July 1 – 7 & July 29 – 4th)

While registering between March and July, you will see that some weeks and activity options will no longer be available for your camper while registering, which will mean that the specific week or activity has filled to capacity. At this point, you may either choose another session for your camper or apply to be put on our waitlist (or both). If another camper decides to switch sessions, or can no longer attend this summer, the next applicant on the waitlist will be notified of the availability.

A registration deposit is required to be on the waitlist, however, if your spot does not become available or you decide to cancel the waitlist before camp begins, the deposit is fully refundable. Once applicants are transferred from the waitlist to their desired session, normal cancellation policies apply. (See Parent FAQs)

In order to check availability, and/or to be put on the waitlist, parents must log in to the registration system and enter their campers grade and other registration details, at which point available sessions will be listed and the wait list option will be available for sessions that are full.
