Consider renting Mt. Gilead in the off-season. Located at
the base of Big Pocono in Pennsylvania, Mt. Gilead has a rustic
atmosphere, hiking trails, a small lake, and is in close proximity
to several ski slopes.
We offer a dining hall and three winterized lodging facilities
(total capacity 56) and an additional 10 cabins (additional
capacity 80, no electricity) in the spring and fall. Contact

Available Facilities
Martin's Manor (lodging facility for 16)
A refurbished farm house with a large living room, full kitchen,
four bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, Martin's Manor offers
the most intimate setting for a small group.
Double Cabin (lodging facility for 20)
Each side of the double cabin has a separate entrance and
full bath with two showers.
Shepherd's Shelter (lodging facility for 20)
Four bedrooms, two half and one full bath and a foyer for
interacting with other guests.
Singer Hall (Dining Hall and kitchen, capacity 20-125)
Our dining hall includes a large kitchen with walk-in refrigerator
and sizeable pantry.
Acken Hall (Recreation Hall)
Use this large meeting room with fireplace for seminar sessions,
playing ping pong/ active games, or just fellowshipping with
other guests. Full bathroom facilities are available in spring
and fall only.
